1. Agreement

By creating a workspace or using PlanForge (“the Service”), a product of Stolvix Softwares, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. Each signup creates a workspace that you own.

3. Your content

The company data you enter, and the models, plans and decks generated from it, are yours. We process them only to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to produce unlawful or misleading materials. The generated documents are decision-support tools, not financial, legal or investment advice.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees are shown before purchase. Free tiers may carry usage limits and a light watermark.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated. You may close your workspace at any time.
